In the night parties of SISF '08, I find to my horror that I'm breathless just one hour into the night party. So 2 simple disciplines I'm planning to start for myself:
i) 5 min of stretching exercise a day
[When that becomes my routine, I'll add on doing purely shines to music :)]
ii) 1 hr a week of swimming/cycling
Ask me again in 3 months if I'm keeping to these disciplines... :p
